I consider myself a vintage clothing freak and I've been to hundreds of shops throughout Tokyo. Lately, I find myself coming back here. I believe there are two types of vintage shops: One’s that pride themselves on their knowledge of antiques and vintage wear, the ones that sell "history". The other type incorporates vintage clothes into the latest trends; they sell "taste". This shop is rare in that it sells both.

Simply put, what makes this shop special is the selection. They have accessories made from Czech glass next to bags made from traditional Central Asian embroidery. You've got colorful American shoes and vintage bags from Mexico. The style is eclectic, and it feels like you just went on a world tour, buying things you love. The dream wardrobe; all the vibrant colors make me happy, and I want to stay here for hours.

The original shop was located inside the Omotesando store of "THEATRE PRODUCTS", a Tokyo-based fashion brand. The shop has now relocated to inside Omotesando Hills. The flowers are relatively inexpensive, and when I need presents or to give congratulations, I come here often. I love the wrapping--simple, transparent plastic--and how it brings the color out of the bouquet. I also love the owner, Mr. Ochi, and his taste in flowers.
