I'm a photographer. Started out with taking pictures in the music scene about ten years ago, after graduating from the photography academy in Antwerp. I went from music and portrait to fashion. And all the way back. I don't like doing the same stuff every day, so I'm still combining these three categories as the main part of my income. Photography also takes me around the world, both professionally and personally.

Every month I try to go here to have a fresh haircut. It's a cool place to hang out, to relax, to talk things over with owner Kei, after not seeing him for a month. He's one of the founding members of The Black Mustache Social Club, a 1920-1930's inspired moustache club.

Quiet outdoor terrace in the middle of Omotesando. Great little place to escape from the crowded streets and to sit outside if the weather is nice. A Constantly changing variety of cold press juices, to make yourself believe that you're living a healthy life! ;-)

There's the bright neon signs and the twilight of the vending machines in the small alleys. The soft shadows in the tiny backstreets and the strong white light of the roadworks at night. It's a paradise for anyone who likes to play with light and a surreal dream for every photographer! I guess as long as I 'see the light', there's no reason for me to leave!

Some objects on the wall still refer to this previous function. The owner turned the place into a bar, with a living room-style event space on the second floor. Every last Saturday of the month, they have a live event with all kinds of underground and upcoming Tokyo bands. Always fun going there!
