This Italian restaurant is run by a friend of mine. It's a little off the rowdy main street, and dining there has that homey feeling of eating at a friends house. However, the quality of the food surpasses any friend's home dinner; the chef, raised in Germany and always sociable, was a cook at Shiseido Parlour and has an amazing taste in wine. There is a counter along with table seats, so it's a nice place to come alone too.
