Born and raised in old town/downtown Tokyo. After doing a "senses" test while at Uni, I was diagnosed with an extreme sensitivity towards "umami". This realization is what led to me what I am today; constantly eating, constantly looking for something new. Onibus Coffee, one of the leaders and groundbreakers of coffee culture in Tokyo, finally made a new shop in Nakameguro. (The original is in Okuzawa). When you cover coffee shops in Tokyo, you realize that almost all spots are somehow related to Onibus.
