Very much a local spot in Kamiyama-cho. It was originally a fish dealer, but serves meals inside as well. They have a special rule during lunch time: You can see the menu labels on the wall, pick what you want, then get a lottery number the back. That number is an extra one-coin-dish for your lunch!
