This Japanese PMU is our living room. We don’t like the food but the atmosphere and the drinks are so good that we go there every 2 weeks. We often get kicked out but the boss and the waiters are our friends so we come back with champagne to bribe them.
It’s also one of the most interesting architecture museums in Tokyo.
