Allpress has a big setup in Tokyo. But the majority of its setup is devoted to roasting and honing its craft over here . Theres only a couple of tables and a couple of benches - so it's always difficult to find a spot. But I like that. I like the fact that there I can see so much devoted to MY flat white. speaking of flat whites, I think it could be the only place in Japan that does it right. Well, right the Aussie/NZ way.
