Based in a repurposed school, 3331 Arts Chiyoda is an independent community-driven center for the arts. There are few comparable models of this scale in Japan: four floors of former classrooms filled with galleries, creative offices, workshops, a café, the original gymnasium, and rooftop garden allotments.
