I've loved drawing ever since I was a kid, and I started doing illustrations when I was 13. I got my first professional offer when I was 17, and I've been illustrating ever since. I've worked with Fuji TV on logos for shows, various collaborations with products, character design, and all over the world from Kobe, Yamaguchi, Tokushima to Taipei, Paris, London, New York, and Cambodia. I've actually turned myself into a "character" along with my designs (Kazuharinnu), and use it to express myself in various forms.

SEKAIDO
I'm not exaggerating when I say this place is the treasure box of art tools. I've loved Sekaido ever since I was a student, and I'd come here every time I was in Tokyo. Even if there isn't something I'm looking for specifically, just walking the isles gives you inspiration and that urge to make something. I love the time spent here, imagining all the things that one can create.

HIGUMA DOUGHNUTS
I found out about this shop's opening from a Facebook post. Being a sweet tooth, I was immediately hit with "Doughnuts...mmmm" but what's also unique about Higuma is their merch. The shop and logo are very well designed because the owner also owns a design firm. The doughnuts with indescribable texture use only ingredients from Hokkaido, and you can see the detail throughout everything in the shop.

Tokyo is where I was born, where my relatives are, where I came to every month for work, and the first city where I lived alone. Tokyo is my hometown, but it's also a new challenge for me. I feel nostalgic, I feel the speed, I feel alone. Everything is an opportunity, but everything is also a test. So many people are trying to find their niche, their definition of success, it's exciting to be here. And...I have so much more to talk about, but not enough space!! Haha

TAKANAWA PRINCESS GARTEN
The initial thoughts that I think everyone has when they come here is "Wait...this is Tokyo?" From the bricks, to the bench, and even the phone booth, EVERYTHING was shipped by boat from Germany. This creates an unforgettable wedding or concert experience, which they regularly hold. A place I come to relax when I need to escape from the fast and cool of Tokyo.
